Second house is in good condition but as is when purchased. Electric and plumbing in good working order, but has not had 220volt upgrade. Large garden with room for a pool and entertainment area. Large antique water tank intact.
Good neighborhood with beautiful renovation going on next door by expats (above photo) exceptional large French style house across the street. Wide street with lots of parking.
